Building Block Computation system is consisting of multiple stack chips connecting with inductive coupling wireless through chip interconnect. Like building a city by stacking LEGO blocks, various types of systems can be built by stacking various types of chips. For development of such systems, various techniques: inductive coupling through chip interface, low power circuit technology, power control techniques, autonomous interconnection network fault tolerant architectures and building block OS. In this research project, researchers from various level field joined and trying to develop real prototypes from software to device.
